Description:  "A musical celebration uplifting the 500th Year of Luther's Reformation and The Sesquicentennial Anniversary of St. John's Lutheran Church. The choirs of St. John's, in company with community partners The Sacramento Gay Men's Chorus and Vox Musica, will unite in soulful voice and 'Sing God's Love Into The World.' Concert highlights include: Mendelssohn's Der 42 Psalm Wie der Hirsch Schrite (As The Hart) performed by Combined Choruses with featured soprano solo, Carrie Hennessy; J.S. Bach's Jesu Joy Of Man's Desiring & A Mighty Fortress/Ein Fest Berg accompanied by the Festival Orchestra. Steven Johnson is the Conductor, and Ryan Enright is organist. Special guests include VOCALe, The Choirs of Sacramento City Music Department, Daniel Paulson, Conductor."
